6. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled only before they are processed or shipped. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at info@zenuniee.com as soon as possible. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may return the items following our Return Policy.


7. Returns & Exchanges

At Zenuniee, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
